Ive been in this business since 1976, and have managed or owned several rental portfolios over the years, so i have a long assocation with this industry. Together with my wife, Pauline, we own several rental properties here so we are coal face property managers as well as investors, and yes, we get our hands dirty when we have to, so there is nothing much we havent seen in this business. I am a keen golfer, Chess player, Rotarian and grandfather of 8. We support several charities including Neighbourhood Support; Rotorua Community Charity Trust and two Rotary clubs.
